Crab Island is a waist-deep sandbar just inside the East Pass, and it is the reason so many love to boat around Destin. We run you out, drop anchor in the clear water, and give you a private boat set up for a day of floating and swimming. Depending on your group and budget, that can be one of our pontoons, the Boca, or the Whiskey.

The reefs and wrecks just outside the East Pass hold snapper, grouper, king mackerel and more, and you do not need a long offshore run to reach them. This is a private nearshore trip with short rides between spots and a mate who handles the work. Every fishing trip is capped at six anglers, and runs on the Boca or the Whiskey.

Fish the reefs, then float the sandbar.

Can’t choose? You don’t have to. On the Boca or the Whiskey we can combine both styles in one charter: spend part of the day working the nearshore reefs, then anchor up on the Crab Island sandbar to swim and relax. It’s a flexible, do-it-all day, and like fishing, it’s capped at six aboard.
